Meet the Owners

Hi there! I am Scott Brown. My wife and I are the proud owners of Cal-Tech Pump. I started up in this industry 30 years ago, sweating it out in a boiler room of a ship as a machinist mate for the U.S. Navy. During my military career, I focused on handling pump systems and seawater treatments for ships. Today, I have been successful in making Cal-Tech Pump flourish as a family-owned business for 12 years.

After leaving the military service in 1993, I have continued working in the pump industry up until presently. From a career standpoint, this is what I know, and I love what I do! I decided to start Cal-Tech Pump in April 2007 with my wife, Pauline—and we've never looked back.

Pauline and I have been together for more than 24 years. We have been blessed and proud to raise two young men—Josiah  and Joseph, the latter of which works for Cal-Tech Pump.
